Although we buy from many jewelry manufacturers, we reguire them to meet our quality stardards. Only after we inspect a sample piece, will it be added to the store for you to consider purchasing.
Just select your jewelry from our store and order it online. You can pay using PayPal, a check, or money order. You order will be shipped the day after your payment has cleared. We ship using USPS Priority Mail so allow 2 days from the shipping date for delivery.
Shipping costs of $5.00 will be added to each purchase. You can purchase as many items as you wish without any increase in the shipping costs.
In rare cases where a product is out of stock and has not been removed from the store, you will be notified of the expected delivery date and you may decide to wait for the item to be delivered or cancel the order and your money will be refunded.
If you wish to substitute a special color gemstone for the gemstone in any item, you can special order it for an additional cost of $20 or more. If the gemstone is not available, your order will be cancelled and your money will be refunded.
To place a special order, email us with the item number and tell us the color of the gemstone that you wish to use. Also tell us which gemstone or gemstones that you would like to replace. If the gemstones are available, we will send you an invoice. As soon as you pay the invoice and your payment has cleared, We will order your jewelry.
Special orders take up to 30 days after payment has cleared. Special orders are not returnable. However, at our discretion, we may accept a return, but the special order additional cost will not be refunded. Only the regular price will be refunded.
